Minimum Income Change Effective 8/1/22

The Median Income for a family of 4 in Indian River County data has been increased to $79,900, based on figures provided by the United States Department of Housing and urban Development. IRHFH currently accepts families with income in the 30% to 80% range based on the number of family members.
